A Rotherham man has been charged following a burglary at a house in the Dinnington area.
Sometime between 11.55pm on Tuesday 29 May and 12.50am the following morning, entry was gained to a house in Eastern Avenue and a purse and a knife stolen.
A 29-year-old man has since been arrested and charged in connection to the incident. Daniel Ford, of Zamor Crescent, Rotherham, appeared in court last week charged with burglary, theft and possession of a taser.
He has since been remanded in to custody to appear before court again on Thursday 21 June.
