Police are appealing for information following a believed shotgun discharge at an address in Armthorpe, Doncaster.
Officers were called to an address on Beech Road at approximately 10pm on Thursday 27 December following a report of damage being caused to the property.
Detective Inspector Scott Harrison who is leading the investigation said: “I’m urging people to come forward who believe they know the identity of the offenders or if they saw anything suspicious just before 10pm, in or around Beech Road.”
Police have confirmed that a weapon was fired into the front window and front door of the address and that no one was injured.
DI Harrison added, “I will treat information received in a confidential manner, we cannot allow this type of offence to happen in our communities”.
