ASB Case Review

Date published: 20 June 2023 08:55

An ASB Case Review (previously called a Community Trigger) allows someone to request a review of their antisocial behaviour case, to ensure that a group of agencies have provided an appropriate response to the reports.

An ASB Case Review is intended to encourage a collaborative problem-solving approach among police, councils and other relevant bodies when dealing with serious and persistent cases of antisocial behaviour, to identify whether further action can be taken to resolve the problem.

It is important to note that the ASB Case Review does not replace the complaints procedures within individual organisations and should not be treated as such.
